Mindful Pilates Academy

Mindful Pilates Academy is established to provide the best teacher training and apprenticeship program for aspiring and existing Pilates instructors in Hong Kong and the surrounding region.
 
Partnering with Body Control Pilates, we exclusively bring the UK national Level 3 and Level 4 accredited Pilates teacher training program to Hong Kong. We aim to raise the professional standards and set the benchmark for Pilates teaching within the fitness and wellness industry in the region.
 
The academy acts as a vehicle to coordinate and bring the BCP courses to Hong Kong while serving as a training ground by providing workshops, study groups, observation hours, and supervised teaching hours for student teachers to fulfill their certification requirement. 
 
It is our mission that all BCP graduates and Mindful Pilates apprentices are educated to become future leaders in the Pilates industry. By adhering to the Body Control Pilates standard, all Pilates teachers from Mindful Pilates Academy offer the safest, most effective and highest quality Pilates classes to everyone.
