Class suitability and description:
Awareness - All - Levels. Movement and meditation that emphasises breath work, body awareness, and developing a balanced body and mind.
Awareness & Pilates Foundation - All - Levels, Back care. Movement meditation + Beginner-level classes that combines Pilates, breath work, and mindfulness to enhance your awareness and movement potential.
Pilates Foundation - Beginners, Back care. Beginner-level classes that combines Pilates, breath work, and mindfulness to enhance your awareness and movement potential.
Core & Endurance - Non-beginners (5+ classes). Move dynamically in faster-paced through a progressive series of mat Pilates exercises for better strength & control.
Flow - Non-beginners (10+ classes). Apply the 6 Pilates principles and achieve fluid rhythmic movement with synchronised breath and fun.
Awareness & Flow - Non-beginners (10+ classes). Movement meditation + Apply the 6 Pilates principles & achieve fluid rhythmic movement with synchronised breath and fun.
Precision - Beginners, Back care. Semi-private classes with more personalized guidance to eliminate poor movement habits and enhance movement precision.
Restoration & Precision - Beginners, Back care. Semi-Private Pilates classes that focus on eliminating poor movement habits and enhancing movement precision, while adding myofascial release to release, restore and reconnect your body.
Restoration - Beginners, Back care. Semi-private classes to release, restore and reconnect your body through Pilates exercises and myofascial release movements.
Awareness & Restoration - Beginners, Back care. Semi-Private classes with movement meditation, myofascial release movements, and Pilates exercises to relax, release, and reconnect your body.
Prenatal - Carefully designed semi-private classes for prenatal women to maintain good physical and emotional health, while supporting good body circulation and preparing the body for childbirth.
Postnatal - Specially designed semi-private classes that focus on restoring a postpartum body. Helping mothers release tension, re-connect their body & mind and re-educate the body with good movement habits & posture.
Important Notes:
* All classes listed above are 50 minutes unless specified in the time-table
** The class credits required for signing up each group class are stated above
*** Class capacity: Group class is 10; Semi-Private class is 4; Private class - Solo is 1, Duet is 2, Trio is 3
**** 3 types of private sessions are available: Solo - 16 credits per person, Duet - 10 credits per person, Trio - 8 credits per person
